Booking is easy – just follow the simple steps below:-
  1. Select your boat, date, & length of hire from the availability checker alongside. Please note: We do not have any holiday boats that carry more than 6 people.
  2. Check the price shown (note that the refundable £200 damage/fuel deposit will be taken when we contact you before your holiday- any fuel used is deducted from your fuel deposit, which we usually refund within 2 working days of your holiday return).
  3. Confirm the booking request by clicking “Book now”.
  4. Fill in the Booking Form and confirm that you’ve read our Terms & Conditions.
  5. Make your payment – noting that a 25% deposit is required, unless you’re booking within 8 weeks in which case the full amount shown is payable.
  6. Print off the confirmation and/or take a careful note of your booking reference.

Credit Card Payments: Please note We will take credit cards for your holiday deposit (25% of the total hire cost to secure your booking) or for full payment, as your credit card may provide holiday insurance if you use that card to book. We do not accept credit cards to pay the remaining balance or your £200 security deposit.

What Happens Next:-
  1. We’ll respond by email within three working days of your booking request with your Booking Confirmation and the Hirers’ Manual– note that a booking is not firm until you have received this.
  2. Around two weeks before your holiday we’ll email you to request your planned arrival time, final numbers including children’s ages, requests for buoyancy aids for non swimmers,  bed layout, car parking arrangements and, if you know, your rough plans for boating. If you’re bringing pets, bikes or canoes please advise us at this time also. We’ll be delighted to answer any questions you may have. Please follow the link to pay your fuel deposit securely online. If you would prefer to pay over the phone or via BACS please email us and we will contact you by phone.
